What are Wellpoints?

Wellpoints are points that you will earn by creating healthy habits with Wellat. From completing a meal, to exercising, taking a walk, completing a sleep cycle or meditating. Everything adds points!

AIn addition, this score allows you to know how your daily progress is going individually and also in relation to your teammates, other members of the company, or even with teams from other companies adhering to the program. Challenge Interempresas.

How to get Wellpoints?

While you build healthy habits in your day to day life, you will earn Wellpoints by completing different activities within the application, being able to earn up to 1,000 daily points. Here we explain how:

  • Meet daily step goal: When you reach your daily step goal, you will be rewarded with 250 Wellpoints.
  • Perform training session: Completing a physical training session will reward you with 300 Wellpoints.
  • Complete food: when making meals programmed by the planner, you will earn 35 or 60 Wellpoints per meal, up to a maximum of 250 Wellpoints. 
  • Record an exercise: you can record a physical activity you have done to get 250 Wellpoints.
  • Meet daily sleep goal: if you meet the recommended hours of sleep you will earn 250 Wellpoints.
  • Take care of your emotional well-being: completing a session of at least 2 minutes will reward you with 250 Wellpoints.

Extra points 

There are also ways to earn “extra” Wellpoints. To do this, you have to complete all the planned goals on a daily basis (for example, make the 5 daily meals with our planner and record 30 minutes of physical activity). This will reward you with an extra sum of Wellpoints.

When you have overcome enough challenges, Medals will be assigned to you. These medals give a higher number of Wellpoints since they represent more difficult achievements to achieve. Each new unlocked medal allows you to add extra points.

 

 

Level up

As your achievements grow, and you get Wellpoints and unlock medals, you will level up, being able to reach level 5!
